How To: Prepare baking pans

Recipes never tell you what to use or how to prepare your pans for baking. You can use butter, cooking oil or non stick spray such as PAM. Use a pastry brush and brush the oil or butter in all of the pan, be sure and brush in the corners. Put a small amount of flour in the pan and shake around until the pan is completely dusted.
